What Does This MRI Test Result Indicate?

Just had MRI scan for possible brain tumor causing sudden hearing loss. No brain tumors but report states mild white matter disease, prominent basilar tip, vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia, tortuous left carotid artery, mild ventricular prominence. Should I be concerned & follow up on any of these results? Thank you.
