What Does This PAP Smear Test Finding Indicate?

Hi I just got a call back from the nurse and my pap came back positive for HPV and abnormal cells. Tomorrow I am getting a them scrapped off for further testing. I have been having lots of pelvic pain especially on my left side. The nurse would not answer what they would be testing for. She said right now there is an infection in your body. I have an auto immune disease and my medicine I am on suppresses my immune system because it is attacking itself. I am worried about what they are testing for and what is the infection in my body? How will it be treated?
