What Does This TSH Level For Thyroid Disorder Indicate?

Hi ! My wife is 52 year old. She is suffering from Thyroid problem. She is over weight, her weight is now 83.5 kg. Very much regular pain in foot and upper arms is problem excluding above. Her T3 and T4 tests ate normal but TSH is very low i.e. 0.02 uIU/ml T3 is 0.82 ng/ml and T4 is 11.00 ug/dl.Please advice us suitable treatment and suggestions. S.P.Singh
