What Does This TSH Level Indicate?

Just got results back from TSH test (no breakdown of hormones levels) and it was 60. I am 54 white woman. I ve been trying to tell people for some time that I feel cancer tired, and just sick. Is this at a dangerous level yet? Yes I do plan on following up with doctor, but don t have a very good one right now. Thank you
