What Does This TSH Level Indicate?

Good morning Doctor, My age is 36 years, taking treatment for 2nd child conception our physician tested for TSH, it was 4.88 microIU/ml, she told it is mild thyroid and prescribed thyronorm 50mcg for 3 months, 25 days medication is completed my brother is also a doctor, he told that my TSH level is normal for which there is no need of medication now i got doubt in my treatment kindly clarify my doubt sir, Thanks Dr. P.
