What Does This TSH Result For Hypothyroidism Indicate?

I am 27yrs old.I planned for a baby but i have severe head ache n stomach pain.I consulted a Dr and as per her suggestion I took thyroid test.it resulted in hypothyroidism as per Dr advice I am taking thyronorm tablet.now after 2mnths I checked I got tsh below 0.01.what should I do.the Dr whom I consulted is out of country.
