What Does This X-ray Finding Indicate?

Hi, in grace from Taytay, Rizal I ve got my x-ray result yesterday due to my work requirements. The result was Ther are suspicious densities seen in the upper left lobe, the rest of the lung fields are clear. What does it m does it mean. Hopefully, and waiting for you good reply.
