What Does This X-ray Finding Indicate?

Just wondering what subcortical cysts of the acetabulum and femoral head plus severe narrowing of the right hip joint space with sclerosis of the articulate surfaces means in everyday language. I have been having hip and leg pain and this showed on the X-Ray.
