What Does This X-ray Findings Indicate?

here are the findings from my x-rays....severe disk degeneration of lower cervical spine is demonstrated. Peridiskal sclerosis and spur formation is noted. Kyphosis of the lower cervical spine is demonstrated. No fracture or acute bony abnormality is seen. Severe degenerative disk disease. Cervical spine. Cervical fixation at C3 C4.....will this require surgery?
