What Does This X-ray Report Of A 2 Year Old Indicate?

Hi my son is 2 yrs and 6 mos, he doesnt have any cough but his weight is 12.5 kg and not gaining any even while taking montelukast which supposed to make him gain weight. His doctor said he has lymphadenopathy and his xray says hazy densities seen in the inner lung zones and retrocardiac area. Both hemidiaphragms are distinct, with sharp sulci. No distinct hilar adenopathy is identified. The cardiomediastinal shadow appears normal. Impression: non specific central pneumonitis. Is this primary complex?
