What Does This X Ray Report Of Lumbar Spine Specify?

Xray report of lumbar spine: Disc space narrowing at L3 & L4 with osteophytes at the endplates throughout the lumbar region. Sclerosis of the lower posrerior elements, worse on the left than the right. IMPRESSION: Multilevel lumbar disc and lower lumbar facet arthrosis. Please explain in laymans terms. Thank you
