What Does This X-ray Report Of Spine And Knees Specify?

As per X-Ray L.S. Spine & Both Knees (AP,Lat) L.S. Spine: Anterior wedging of D12 &L1 Vertebrae seen Osteophytic lippings with soliotic changes seen in lumber vertebrae Intervertebral disc is reduced betweenL5-S1 vertebrae Both sacro-iliac joints are normal Features favour compression of D12&L1 vertebrae Both knees: Osteoarthritic changes seen in both knee joints My complication is, i find uncomfortable to remain standing or seating without support in the back. After some times say 30-45 mts, i feel light pain in the west witch is reduced after seating in chair with back rest for 5 mts. In the morning, coming down from bed while I walk and step to stare-case get pain in both the knees. During evening walk, if it is more than 2 kilo meters also getting pain in the knees and west. Doctor prescribed on 11/03/15 Flexon tab.- 3 tab daily for 4 days and 2 tab daily for next 6 days Seradic gel ointment to apply in the west then hot compress Shelcal CT one tab. daily for 60 days Rejoint tab 2 tab daily for 3 months L-S Belt with 1 inch--2.5 inch-- 1 inch rigid plate. for continious use Also prescribed some light exercise and limited walking from 23/03/15 Rabce-D 1 tab daily for 7 days Naprocyn 500 2 tab daily for 7 days. I have started the medicines. I am now 65 yrs and I have worked long time in a telecommunication company as electronics engineer and passing my retired life since last 5 years. I could not remember any remarkable injury in my life in past. I used to perform light exercise and walking in whole life. Please comment With regards R.N. Chakraborty Calcutta, India
