What Does This Apicolordotic Imaging Result Indicate?

my APICOLORDOTIC- IMAGING remarka goes this way : Additional view shows predominantly fibrotic opacities in both upper lobes. Consider bilateral predominantly fibrotic PTP.Correlate with clinical and laboratory findings...my question is: is this contagious?because im working at call center right now.....can i be terminated with kind of findings?
