What Does This Blood Test Finding Indicate?

I had a total hysterectomy in June of 2011, removing both ovaries, tubes, uterus and cervix. I have recently gone thru a complete blood workup and the results show that I am still producing estrogen. What is the chance of having more than 2 ovaries?
