What Does This Blood Test Finding Indicate?

Hi, I just got my blood result today. Note that 7 days before I took the blood test I had a very bad flu for 7-8 days. The WBC is 3.8 low. IMM GRAN REL is 1.60 H A/G Ratio is 2.2 H ALK PHOS IS 38 L ALT 48 H URIC ACID IS 7.2 H CHOL 206 H HDL 59 H What does these mean? I have an appointment on Monday to see my doctor. Thanks
