What Does This Blood Test Finding Indicate?

Hi, I just had my blood tests done and I was wondering what the following values mean: SGOT 47H, WBC 3.1L, MCV 99.2H, Monocytes 12 H, Serology Mono test: negative. Background: female, 40, 113lb, I went to the doctor because I felt very tired for more than a week, couldn t function normally, I have not had my cycle in 2 months and I am not pregnant, I have a very bad irritation around my mouth, although I don t know if it is related to any of the symptoms. I have extremely bad back pain: lower back and going up my spine. Abdomen seems increased lately, feeling thirsty all the time. Family history colon cancer (mother), lung cancer (father), both in their seventies. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me understand what is it that I may have.
