What Does This Blood Test Finding Indicate?

Hi..I am 30 year old female. I was feeling excessively tired throughout the day and also dizzy at times from past 1 month. So, doctor advised me for a complete health checkup. The reports shows exceeded levels of ESR = 24mm, Triglycerides = 233mg, VLDL=46mg (Cholesterol = 186mg, HDL Cholesterol = 37mg). ECG is normal. Please advice me if it is a health concern for this elevation and how I could reduce them to get it back to normal. Doctor has not advised any medication as of now.
