What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I just got my blood tests done and my live function tests were as follows:
S.g.p.t (ALT)- 91 normal range is 11-66
S.g.o.t (AST)-73. Normal Range is 15-46
S.globulin-3.8. Normal range is 2-3.5
G.g.t - 69. Normal range is 12-58

My question is that do I need to restrict my protein intake as in if i should avoid high protein foods like chicken, eggs for the next one month?

(I have been abusing alcohol for the past 2-3 years however I have stopped doing that now for the past 2-3 months).
