What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

I received my blood work results today, K = 3.4 Uric Acid = 420 Triglycerides = 3.9 RDW = 13.1 MPV = 11.4 Vitd25 = 25 Ca = 25 I am seeing a heart doctor, yearly... Since I had a heart attack I am seeing a kidney specialist, since I do water retention... Should I call either of them regarding this blood work, or is everything okay?
