What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

My 21 year old daughter had a positive ANA test. (her symptoms are overwhelming fatigue, hand tremors, ringing in ears, joint pain, dizziness at times, vision disturbances at times, tingling in hands/feet etc) Further lab work was done. Just wanted clarification on some lab work. What are these test used for and what the results could possibly indicate? Thanks for your time.
