What Does This Blood Test Report Regarding Stomach Pain Indicate?

Last night I had bad stomach pains accompanied with back pains. I took some Tylenol and Pepto to try and relieve the pain but it did not help. I went to see my doctor today and she felt my belly and told me she didn t think of it being anything serious. She did order me to take some blood work and I did. I just recently got the results and I m a little scared of the results (due to having anxiety). My white blood cell count was in normal range, my neutrophils count was 8.0 and at 83%, lymphocytes 12%, and monos 3%. Please help me interpret.
