What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

Hi,I am Elise. My son is eight months. Two months ago sixth months vaccines were applied. Then, three days fever occured ( approximately 39 C) We went hospital and his blood count showed that his ANC (absolute neutrophile count) was 85. He took Cefaks antibiotics then increased to 900. After one week decreased to 400. Now, it is 530. His IgG 393, IgA17,8, IgM 21,5. leukocytes 5,54, neutrophile% 9.55, lenfosit% 74, monocyte% 12.6, Neutrophile# 0.53, lenfosit# 4.1, hematocrite 34.4, MCH 26.4. And some virus testes were made C.pneumoniae, parvo virus, CMV, EBV VCA all of them negative ( IgMs). And Iron level 53 ( 59-158). Peripheric spreading showes that no atypic cells. How we can do? What can be his problem? Thank you for your help...
