What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

My wife blood report is showing a result for the Test... Test Name-Antibody TPO AB Observerd Value-377.55 Unit - IU/L Biological Reference Interval - And she is suffering from Thyroid form last 5 yesrs. ANd before 2 years she means got like paralyzed or can say unable to stand on her feet.Rest all body was working.ANd also after treatment she was fine. But again after 2 years she is like coming in this situation. So suggest me what can I do? And also give your kind suggestion on that report also. Thanks Naveen
