What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

I am a74 yr old female.Lately I had a blood test ie lipid,renal, liver profiles; glugose,thyroidfunction,CEA,CA125,C Reactive Protein,B12 Folate,ErythrocyteSedimantation Rate,and full blood count.Results were within normal range with the exception of Vit B 12 which was high ie 701 (range 156-672pmol/L),ESR was low ie 19 (range33-37mm 1st Hr) and Immature Granulocytes was high ie 0.01 (range 0.00-0.001x10 ^9/L). At present I am on these drugs: Statins, Omeprazole, Asprin,Donepezil, Vit B1,B6,B12; Calcium tab. Is there need for concern especially with regards to Immature Granulocytes?
