What Does This Bone Marrow Biopsy Indicate?

I had ITP about 15 years ago. Now, a few months ago platelet count high (about 900K).Platelet count in normal range now (about 420K) Also had inflamed lymph nodes in chest area and inflamed spleen. CT showed spleen and lymph node swelling down. Bone marrow biopsy showed some fibrosis of marrow, negative for lukemia. Dr seems stumped.
