microscopic appearance:

smears show fight clusters and scattered ductal epithelial cells.cells show mild pleomorphism enlarged nucleus and conspicuos nuclear.background of cyst macrophages lymphocytes seen.

impression:

proliferative breast disease suggested biopsy for furthur evaluation

please give me a clear explanation about this report.
