What Does This Cardio Pulmonary Report Mean?

Hi doctor. Good day:) My mom just had her pulmo cardio exam.. From the result, it was written rheumatic heart disease, mitral stenosis and diastolic dysfunction. Wat does it mean? And what are the dos and donts of such disease? Thank u.. Hope to hear from u soon. God bless :)
