What Does This Carotid Ultrasound Result Indicate?

Hi,I just had carotid ultrasound with tortuous arteries findings but nothing significant.Complete results are not with me. PCP says aging? Any further test I should have or follow up?What are my chances of having a stroke? Symptoms to watch for?I should say family life's stress is what I have. 65 y.o.Thank you!
