What Does This Cat Scan Result For Hernia Indicate?

During a cat scan a hernia, central was mentioned, was found. My intestine is pushing into my stomach. I am obese, 63 year old, who has been an insulin dependant diabetic for 40 years. What can I expect and what do I look for? I carry the majority of my weight in my stomach. All organs are affected by the diabetes. I have had an intestinal blockage which resulted in a re-sectioning. Thank you for your time and response. Linda
