What Does This Cervical MRI Report Mean?

Hello doctor , I recently had a cervical MRI done and this is what my written report says The c6-7 disc is normal in height. 2mm medial right foraminal zone disc protrusion narrowing the medial neural foramen abutting the right ventral cord. Overall no significant central canal stenosis. AP canal measurement 10mm IMPRESSION 1. 2 mm right c6-c7 medial foraminal zone disc protrusion narrowing the medial foramen touching the ventral cord without significant central canal stenosis 2 minor bilateral c3-c4 uncinate spurring without foraminal stenosis
