What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hello Dr.. I just done chest X- Ray ,report shows No significant active pathology seen in both pulmonary fields,Residual bilateral medial lower pulmonary bronchovascular thickening seen more on the right....Pleural sacs, hemidiaphragm and ribs appearing normal...Suffering from asthamic condition last 2 years.
