What Does This Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

I just had an X-ray to apply for a food handler job in restaurant..! I work in food and beverage industry since 6 years just recently when I m changing my job the X-ray shows : Mild bilateral basal lung accentuation of the bronchovascular marking with minimal right apical pleural thickening. What does that mean..! Am i suffering any disease..!? And can that effect on my job for my new employer if they read that in doctor report.!?
