What Does This Chest X-ray Showing Haziness In Lung Indicate?

I have been sick with sinus infect then it moved to my chest. My dr gave oral antibiotics and after a week I was straining to breath and Dr gave shot of steroid and more antibiotic with more oral meds and inhaler. My xray was neg for pneumonia. It took about 8days for me to begin to feel somewhat better. Now after a week of no meds I am sick again with shortness of breath and extreme fatigue. My dr sent me to ER and chest xray show hazy on rt side of lungs. Another shot and more antibiotics and home. What does haze in the lung mean? Is it serious?
