What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

45 yr old, male, widower, 5 7 , 175 lbs., dropped 20 lbs in last 12 months, very fit & muscular, works out cardio & weights 3-6 times per week, had chest x-ray in Nov 2014 for physician concern of pneumonia. Radiologist report says all clear. PCM emailed all clear but, at the bottom says, Radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease. Feel blown off by VA saying, We ll schedule for an appointment in two days. Additional symptoms: more winded than should be based on cardio workout, feeling of lightheadedness/dizzy when don t feel should be, ED becoming worse. Should I go to the ER or wait 48 hours for the VA appointment?
