What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

I had left lower lobectomy in July 2014 (neuroendocrine atypical carcinoid tumor). Had chest XR today due to cough, congestion, wheezing. Findings of XR Chest PA+Lat: There is a suggestion of new mild left suprahilar density. There is also interval obscuration of the left diaphragm on the frontal and lateral views. Impression: The possibility of mild left suprahilar infiltrate or left basilar infiltrate are difficult to entirely exclude. What does all this mean? Thank you, Linda
