What Does This Chest X-ray Report Mean?

Hi Can i ask what is this mean.. Hazy infiltrates are seen in the right lower lung zone. The heart is normal in size. Aorta is unremarkable. The diaphragms, costophrenic sulci and bony thorax are intact. IMPRESSION: PNEUMONIA,RIGHT LOWER LUNG ZONE. How can i cure this? Or this is already critical in my mother case?
