What Does This Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

hi dr. Andrew rynne,I have xray of my chest yesterday and the impression was: focal opacity right paracardiac area. Rule out mass lesion. Suggest CT Scan correlation. Atheromatous aorta.And the other xray for my lumbosacral spine. and the impression was; degenerative changes, lumbosacral spine, with probable L3/L4, L4/L5 and L5/S1 disc disease. Mild retrolsthesis, L1/2 and L2/L3. Presisposition to lumbar instability.
