What Does This Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

hi sir, based on my chest x-ray result this month i have a minimal PTB, in our department we are required to have xray every six months., in my 2years in service i have a negative results. how come that my recent x-ray result fount out that i have a minimal ptb., we dont have a family history on TB.
