What Does This Colonoscopy Report Mean?

I had a colonoscopy yesterday and my notes say moderately poor bowel preparation with solid fecal residue Given the result no mucosal lesion seen. Does this mean they wernt able to see any findings or that all was fine? Im confused..Doctor didnt come to see me after procedure.
