What Does This Complete Health Checkup Report Indicate?

I used to go for complete health checkup every year , when I tested in 2010 doctor told me that they found Fatty Liver. Now in recent checkup I see following

Diabetics
Iron level is high

I'm not sure what causing all these ? what is this pointing too ? is it critical ?
