What Does This Count Of Pus Cells In Sperms Indicate For Fertility?

hi doctor, i am from pakistan and have two daughters now we are planning for a third baby but when i went to doctor he asked me to give your sperm reports first because we are having two daughters and now we are dreaming to have a boy and my reports says that i have got 10 to 12 pus cells in my sperms can you kindly tell me that what i should eat to get rid off it.looking forward for your reponse,tahir
