What Does This Endoscopy Result Of Abdomen Indicate?

I have stomach pain in the center to slight right side of my abdomen. The pain comes and goes. Wakes me up at night. Dr. Ordered HIDA scan and results were 98%. Then had an endoscopy and dr found moderate sludge . Would you recommend gallbladder surgery?
