What Does This Esophagus Endoscopy Report Mean?

hello doctor.... I am a 79 years old male....and I have been facing problems of burping where in I would have difficulty while eating food due to need of gas in stomach to vent out....consequently I got myself checked up and my doc advised esophagus endoscopy .....which was done....in d endoscopy.....there was fibrosis at level of UES ....grade A esophagitis....hiatus hernia 37 - 33......soft peptic stricture at 33 cms and I have now been advised esophageal dilation. And long term PPI therapy..... So what do I need to do.....I request you kindly explain in detail...!!!!
