What Does This Eye Prescription Specify?

Hi Doctor, I have a question with regard to my new prescription. 2 years ago my prescription was, (O.D: Sph -1.75 Cyl 0.50 Ax 167) (O.S: Sph -1.50 Cyl -0.50 Ax 165) But 2 days ago my new prescription was(O.D: Sph -1.50 Cyl 0.50 Ax 170) (O.S: Sph -1.75 Cyl -0.25 Ax 165) Please note the difference between them, It looks like my doctor committed a mistake. The New prescription looks like the OD now has the same as the OS in the old formula , or can it really happen to have numbers inverted. Thank you.
