What Does This Fecalysis Report Indicate?

My daughter is 11 years old. she vomited 4x since last night. Her fecalysis results showed that she there is no ova nor interstinal parasite seen. on the lower part is says....others" yeast +. what could she be suffering from? what does having yeast in the fecalysis mean?thanks
