What Does This Fecalysis Report Of An Infant Specify?

my son 22 months old is pooping 5 times a day, consistency is quite normal.. i did fecalysis the result show color: yellow, consistency: soft, pus cells 0-2hpf, fat globules: moderate should i be worried? what does this indicate? he eat normal and seem very healthy and active. no fuss, no cries, no stomach pains, just a bloated tummy and sometimes colic.
