What Does This Fine-needle Aspiration Cytology Report Specify?

sir my name is naresh age 28 my problem is after FNAC the impression is suggestive of CASEATING GRANULOMATOS LYMPHADENITIS ,PROBABLY OF KOCH S ETIOLOGY -FNAC from right cervical lymph nodes it is the report of FNAC in microscopy :smear against abundant granular necrotic background show a few degenerating small and large lymphocytes . groups of epitheliod histiocytes are noted forming granulomas along with a few multinucleated gaint cells .no atypical cells seen . NO AFB FOUND and clinical findings is the Multiple right cervical lymph nodes measure 1cm-3cm in diameter ,non tender ;matted 1 pass;Aspirated particulate pus like material it is my FNAC report please tell me which type of disease it
