What Does This Follicular Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, I am going through usg follicular study. Today is my 11th day of cycle and the size of follicle is 17.4×14.5 mms and endometrial thickness ia 7 mms. Also no dominant follicle and no free fluidin pouch of douglas is there. Please suggest is this the nest sitiation to get pregnant or later?
