What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Hi am 2 years married n had a chemical pregnancy last year...did not conceive after that... Husband s count is good...went through follicular study this cycle at day 9 right follicle size measured 18.1mm*16.2 mm n left follicle 15.4*13.5 mm size...bt at day 11 the right follicle s size has been 17.2mn...I got confused...wat is it mean? Is it normal?
