What Does This Glucose Level Indicate?

I had a 1 time check to get a baseline for future Long Term Care Facilities-my glucose level was very high at 124. I have a check-up every year and have never had any problems with those levels in my blood or urine. I was under some stress and had not eaten for 15 hours when the tests were run. Do I have diabetes?
